We are thrilled to announce that we have a new Chair of Trustees who joined our board in early July!
Andrew Priestley is qualified in Industrial and Organisational Psychology, is an award winning business coach, Top 100 UK entrepreneur mentor, bestselling author, publisher and speaker.
He started his career as a school teacher in a remote country primary school. Some of his pupils were children experiencing complex home lives where they simply lacked the life experience to understand or process what was happening at home.
This ignited in him a profound sense that childhood is precious and a passion to help his clients improve their businesses to provide genuine lifestyle benefits to their families.
Andrew recently ran a planning workshop for staff at Clear Sky HQ and we were all so impressed and inspired by his critical thinking, creativity, knowledge and passion for our cause that we agreed there and then that we would love him to join us during this exciting period of growth for the charity. Andrew kindly accepted our invitation and has been officially welcomed onto the board!
“I am deeply honoured to work with Clear Sky Children’s Charity and see this as a remarkable challenge to contribute to this significant charity devoted to the idea that childhood is precious”
Andrew takes over from Nicole McDonnell who Chaired our Board for over 2.5 years. Nicole has been a fantastic asset to the charity seeing us through a full rebrand, establishing a marketing division within the charity and helping us to get real clarity on our messaging, mission and vision for the future. Nicole continues to be an avid fan and supporter of Clear Sky and we can’t thank her enough for supporting the team to put solid foundations for the charity’s growth in place.
